Looking for a new monitor, budget £100 (about $150)

As stated in the title I'm looking for a decent monitor with a budget of £100. HDMI is not required, only DVI.
I have seen 2 monitors which seem okay, what is your opinion on them?:

Option one is the best out of those 2 for gaming. For picture quality it would be option two
