Why is so hard to find what I want? No one seems to carry them in stock or even have it I would like to buy a Asus monitor that has 144Hz refresh rate, G-sync, IPS, for no more than $800. But, if there are other brands out there with these options, can you post them here? I currently have a Asus PG27AQ. This one is not available any more.

Solution
You don't need a TRUE GSync monitor anymore since Nvidia enabled using FreeSync at the beginning of 2019.

As such, your budget is quite high for what you're asking for, so I'll throw out a couple premium models:
Asus VG27AQ - 27", 1440p, IPS, 165Hz VRR, 1ms MPRT, backlight strobing WHILE VRR is enabled (first of it's kind) runs about $430
LG 27GL850 - 27" 1440p, IPS, 144Hz VRR, 1ms GTG (which is more...demanding than MPRT). Also runs about $430, but is out of stock almost everywhere right now. Probably COVID-19

That`s true. Now that I think about it, Nvidia enables G-Sync, V-Sync, Fast-Sync, and I guess Adaptive Sync by now, as well as Free Sync. I like the Asus VG27AQ. I think I am having trouble finding what I want because it has been 4 years since I was looking at monitor technology, and the prices on these high end monitors have skyrocketed.
