Looking for a New monitor

Hello,
Im planning to buy a 22-24" monitor with 1080p and only 60hz my budget is 120-150$.
And my problem is the stock availability here in my country is very limited. So im starting to look for a monitor and im interested with Asus Vc239h and AOC i2381fh the price is almost similar, asus is 10$ cheaper. Please suggest me a better monitor im just a casual gamer playing lol, and dota2. Thanks guys!

I suggest going with the ASUS monitor that you mentioned in the op. All around a beautiful monitor, and IPS panels... *drool*

I feel as if you're overthinking it a bit.

You stated you're a casual gamer, not after crazy refresh rates or resolutions.

From there it just comes down to what panel you want, as well as the aesthetics and ports.

As a casual gamer, I would suggest an IPS panel. It has great color reproduction, and will work wonders for what you're doing.
As for ports, you shouldn't have any issues on what you're looking at.
If you want to mount it to a wall or arm, look for one that is VESA compatible.
If you're going to do multi-monitor in the future, find a newer model that won't go out of production by then.
In addition to newer model, if you want multi-monitor, I suggest a slim bezel as it looks better transitioning between monitors.
