Looking For A New Mother Board

Hi,

I'm looking to replace my old motherboard (G41MT-S2) since it can only support dual core processors and can only support 8 gigabytes of ram.

I'm asking for any suggestions on what do replace it with, and when i do replace it im looking to replace my current processor (intel pentium dual core 3GHZ)

Its better if you state how much is your budget, because there's a lot of options here.
