i currently have a samsung m471b5173qhoyko(4gb ddr3L 1600MHz 1.35V with catch#latency of 11 11 11 28(cpu-z)).i want to add 4gb more to my laptop,I am confused between these two rams

1- G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 4 GB Laptop (F3-1600C9S-4GRSL)
2- Corsair 4GB DDR3L Low Voltage 1.35V 1600Mhz Laptop Memory SODIMM (CMSO4GX3M1C1600C11)

Both of these rams have catch latency of 11 which matches my samsung ram catch latency. Will my ram give a good performance when added with 1 or 2. Also i read above one of a friend said that catch latency 9 is better as compare to CL11 and both the above 1 and 2 ram are CL11. Should i go with ram of CL9 as it is better but technically not matching with my samsung CL11?Will it give a good multitasking and gaming performance?

I am very confused guys please help me buy the best match to my current samsung ram.

Your friend is correct with respect to latency. A lower latency generally means better performance. The problem here lies in the fact that you are going to mix RAM sticks from different manufacturers, most of time they will not play well together. It's a bad idea to mix the RAMs however some people have gotten it to work. It's a gamble on your part. I'd go with CL11 if I had to but to be honest you're better off buying a new kit of 2x4GB.
