Get a new PSU too,as it's only 250w and made by unknown manufacturer.

Antec VP450W - 35 $

R9 270x - 160 $
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150686&cm_re=r9_270x-_-14-150-686-_-Product

Total - 195 $

As both comes under your budget, its best to get the r9 270x than gtx 750ti
with a new PSU.
I have a azza tower I think its a mid size, not sure about the PSU I am guessing 250w, but that's only a guess....I looked inside but could not see any indication....can I find it through windows or when I boot up?

GTX 950,R9 270X are the cards i'd look for,if i have that CPU.Nothing higher.
