Hello, everyone!

Before I begin, I'd like to point out that this is my first forum post, so I might've posted this in the wrong place.

Anyways, I want to build a PC under 1000 USD that can record Roblox, Minecraft, Terraria, and games like that. I don't need to record GTA V, CSGO, etc. I also will be doing Blender rendering, but nothing too serious, just one character for thumbnails, as well as editing with Adobe Premiere Pro.

All games above I wish to record at 60 FPS. Might not be hard with Minecraft, but others I am quite concerned about.

Oh, and also, I will be recording these games with an Elgato HD60 external Capture Device that I already own.

Thanks in advance!

This is the most you will need for those games. I used to record minecraft not too long ago and I was able to get 200 fps low settings with a 4 year old processor. And roblox can run on anything
