Looking for a PC case that fits my needs

Hi guys, I've spent some time looking for a good case, but I can't find one that fits my needs. It's going to be placed in a small space beneath my desk so it must be less than 9" wide, 14" long, and 20" tall. The space can get pretty dusty so I'd like it to have HQ dust filters.
