To make GTA V playable, you'd need a much higher budget. With a Pentium G4560 and a GTX 1050ti, you're already near 15K and that's without a case, power supply, RAM, motherboard, hard drive, or Windows. That's under $300 in the US and even with our generally better prices, that budget is a serious issue for this goal.

For something passable at GTA V, we're talking at least 30K (without Windows) and I'm not even positive I could make a build I could recommend in all good conscience at that price.

Sir Please see phone Stein's video he has found all the specs and it costs Rs14k but in the video he says 12k Rs though.BUT Still after watching the whole video and with an external DVD writer I think gta5 is playable on the pc specs that he told.also there is a video on TY.he says we can run gta5 and that pc COSTED rs11k but has ddr2 ram.is it possible running gta5 on it.plss reply

Since you apparently already found this unicorn GTA V PC for under $200 USD, I'm not sure what it is you're searching for here. I'm going to bow out here as I literally cannot read any of this. I wish you luck!
