Looking for a performant HDD of 2Tb (that isn't very loud)

Popular models appear to be:
-Seagate Barracuda
-WD Black (also Red)

I am kind of lost between all the different HDDs which seem so similar..
Can you guys give me a few tips on picking a good HDD please?

The current thinking is that WD is more reliable than Seagate.

For a WD, Black is a good choice, and I don't believe that Blue comes in a 2 TB capacity.

You have a good grasp of drives,
Seagate, WD, Hitachi/Toshiba all make 7200rpm performance drives.

- The Seagate Barracuda's can be had in SSHD model which has an 8Gb SSD used to cache frequently used data and will make those apps & windows load much faster. Keep in mind you have no control over what gets stored there.

-WD makes the black and RE lines in 2tb size. Blue is also 7200rpm but does not come in 2Tb capacity as mentioned by the good doctor.

Red, though fast, is 5900rpms and is meant for storage & raid drives such as in Nas's.
