I'm looking for a pinout for the CISCO N7K-AC-7.5KW-US 7500W power supply.

and the hack to power on.

pins:
P5 and P6 are connected,
P4, P5, P6 and P7 are attached to AWG 8 black wires,
P3 is attached to a 14 AWG red wire and P1 is attached to a 14 AWG black wire.
P2 has no connection

And what's with the "hack to power on"? It has the power switch just next to the fan grille (big round switch, top-right of fan grille):
