Looking for a problem with empty black screen with blinking cursor

While watching a video on youtube my labtop screen suddenly turned of and my pc boot window starts then the screen turned black with empty screen with blinking cursor

I think some software i recently install did that but now i can't access windows

Black screen with blinking cursor (underscore) means that operating system is bad and can't boot to it. Could be a bad disk or just OS is damaged.
