looking for a processor and matx mobo to play doom 4 for under $200

i have everything but these 2 components but there is so many options what you recommend?
i only play on a 60hz monitor and a gtx 760 so i only expect average framerates

Thankyou for the reply, I have a antec p50 case, evga gtx 760sc 2gb, 8 gb corsair vengeance and a 650watt modular rosewill psu

Ok so new ram then, will my psu hold up with the gpu and the new i3?

Yes it should be fine. Rosewill psus vary in how good they are, but none of them are completely terrible garbage.
