Looking for a PSU for my brother's build

Just looking fro a cheap but reliable PSU for my brother, here is the spec list:

I5 4460
1050 ti

Location? Budget? The EVGA W's are not good units and not one I would use as they're lower quality and not reliable.

Yh not the best but budget. If willing to fork about a bit more I like the Be Quiet pure power range.

The PSU is not a good place to skimp. In the US the 500w EVGA white is $35, $5 more gets you a CX450 which is a much better unit.

Personally I have a cx500m but I didn't know how good the cx series (non-modular) were. So the cx series (non-modular) would be a good choice for his build?

The older CX series(430, 500, 600, 750 and 850w) are not good. The newer 450, 550 and 650w units a based a a newer better platform and are good budget options
