Looking for a PSU / SMPS

I have bought computer components.
Processor: AMD FX-6300
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3
HDD: Seagate SATA 7200 RPM 1TB
RAM: Transcend 4GB DDR3 RAM (JM1333KLN-4G)
ODD: HP 8X External Multi format DVD/ CD Writer (B8R29PA)

Please suggest a PSU / SMPS.

I have zeroed in on Corsair VS450, Corsair CX430 v2, iBall Sprinter 500W.

No over clocking, no gaming.

It is for running heavy softwares such as autocad, photoshop etc.

No graphics card will be used and never plan to buy.

I'd go for the Corsair VS450. It's an older design, but is very well-made and should outlast either of the other two.
