Vengeance 4GB Ram x2

I'm looking for a suitable PSU.
Any recommendation?
How many watts do I need?

450 watt ? My motherboard said I need a PSU that can withstand high power consumption be used (500W or greater)
Is PSU with ~520/550W is enough?
