Looking for a Quality Top-Down Air Cooler

Hi, I need help finding a good top-down ( low profile CPU Cooler ) air cooler. I need one because I want to make a build in the NCase M1 v3.0 Case, and they recommend top-down CPU coolers. The CPU Cooler can't be over 130mm in height, and I hoping it's a top-down styled cooler.

My Build so far is -
CPU : Intel i7-4790K
CPU Cooler : ~ Not Sure Yet ~
GPU : EVGA GeForce GTX 970 FTW+ ACX 2.0
MOBO : ASROCK Z97M-ITX/AC 1150 Mini ITX Motherboard
RAM : Kingston HyperX FURY 16GB ( 2x8GB ) 1600MHz DDR3
PSU : SilverStone Technology 600 Watt SFX 80 PLUS Gold Modular PSU
SSD : 250GB 850 EVO 2.5" Solid State Drive
HDD : WD Black Series 1TB Hard Drive
Case : NCase M1 v3.0 Silver

I'd highly recommend this one which has a max height of 130mm when the top fan is used and 105mm when used with only the bottom fan. I'd recommend using both fans for the i7:
