Looking for a quick upgrade for better FPS

Looking for a quick upgrade that would give me better FPS, would more RAM be my best choice? Here is my current build, http://pcpartpicker.com/user/Wagnercino/saved/3e5o . Let me know what you think my best options would be, i'd like to only spend around 150 bucks.

no, more than 8GB ram will not help you getting more FPS
i think you need to make sure you OC both CPU and GPU to the max level
4.4GHz for i7
and 1.1GHz for GTX 780

Those numbers aren't really max figures - what you can get depends on your chip, cooling solution, and a whole bunch of other things.

I haven't over clocked yet, I wasn't sure if that was totally safe. I don't want the risk of messing anything up. Is over clocking my only option? What could I get that would help me out besides overclocking? Sorry for all the questions, i'm new at all this pc stuff

with that build the only physical way you can get better fps is to get a second 780
what game are you playing that you need more fps bf4?

Id your DRAM running at 1866? can check w/ CPU-Z, look in the memory tab should show about 933 in the freq pane, if not start off by going to BIOS and enabling XMP, that should get your DRAM set up correctly. Then find memory multiplier and change it to 40, save, exit and boot into Win....Should then be with DRAM at 1866 and your CPU at 4 GHZ, and is perfectly safe and fine, even with the stock CPU cooler
