Looking for a quiet easy cpu cooler to install something thats as easy as to install as stock

I got the fx-6350 the temps are fine and all its just very loud, do you guys know of any cpu coolers to install that are as simple as the stock, because i really don't want to take out my motherboard. Although if its overpriced or just not worth it then i'll probably just get something else. And I probably will overclock in the future, price range >$30 if possible
