Needless to say it's a pretty good rig but I've been starting to wonder if its time I start phasing it out. The outdated motherboard, CPU, and RAM are the particular stickers for me as if I replace those I may as well just swap the thing out altogether. Irrespective of that I would like to know what value you guys think my PC has both as a full package and as indevidual parts. Everything is in pretty good order barring some negligible cosmetic damage and an odd but minor defect related very specifically to the GPU's displayport output whereby a single slightly faded line runs horizontally across the screen. This isn't an issue with the HDMI out, just displayport. I'm hoping I could get >1500$ considering what these components would cost individually, but as I said some of this stuff is getting dated due to LGA1151 and DDR4, so I would like to get a second opinion on that.

i7 4770k ~ $200 (higher than this, and people frankly would be better served by a new 6cores Ryzen 5 1600 which is frequently ~$170-180)
GTX 1080 ~ $250 (a completely flawless GTX1080 would have warranted a higher price; realistically unless you're looking forward to Volta and beyond or are in need of cash, keeping this GPU for your next build would probably be the better choice)
H80i ~ $40 (considering the ~$46 Scythe Fuma handily beat the H80i, this asking price is for the people who would prefer liquid cooling only)
Z87MB ~ $90
16GB DDR3 2133 ~ $120
EVO 500GB SSD ~ $90-110 (depends on the SSD life remain)
CM Cosmos II ~~~~~~~ ??? (can varies wildly depends on desirability of the case since the Cosmos has quite a list of contenders of new case at $60-100 range that it may be quite difficult for you to sell it at a desirable price)
Corsair 1050W, presumably HX series ~ $100 (while still a good unit, the reality is that the only people who need this amount of power are those who run SLI GTX1080Ti [who in most likelihood would not be looking at 2nd hand parts] or cryptocurrency miners [who may very well prefer the warranty of a new unit, unless you severely under price your PSU])

So I'd say the fair asking price for the listed components would be ~$970. $1500 is kind of a hard sell, considering the cost of completely new parts:

Up to $1500 would have gotten even a GTX1080Ti included in that new build. The 6cores 8400 can be a match for a 7700k in gaming so it's not a downgrade from your 4770k. Your HX while a very good unit, is way overkill for a modern system with single CPU+GPU where even a RMx 650W will be able to support.

You can of course, put out a $1000+ asking price, but whether you can get more than that is going to depend on your salesmen skill and how informed the other guy is.
