Looking For A Razor Bike

Im looking for a dirt/ electric bike for around 100$ that can go up to 30 mph anybody know any? Im in the USA

Check craigslist, nothing new will cost nearly that little especially that goes that fast. A toy electric bike is over 100 and they go maybe 4 mph.
