Looking for a Replacement Motherboard for an ASROCK Z77 Extreme4

What it says, basically. I have an Extreme4, but in the process of upgrading some components I accidentally knocked a capacitor off. Since I'm already upgrading, I thought I'd replace the motherboard as well. Only problem is that I'm not terribly sure what is compatible with the rest of my setup.

CPU: Intel i5-3570K
Graphics Card: GTX 980
Memory: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

Help me out guys, I'm in a bit of a bind here.

Maybe use the opportunity to upgrade to Haswell or Skylake and sell of your 3570K while used prices are still high.
