Looking for a secondary router

Hello, I am looking for a secondary router for my place. Primarily I'll be using it for my PC, Xbox One and PS4(all hardwired) also it would be used for my phone, table, girlfriends phone. This router will be plugged into Primary DSL modem so I don't know if there would be any conflicts with that. I would like something under $35 if possible. Right now I'm running a Powerline Adapter from the Kitchen to my bedroom(about 45ft away) and I've always got a stable connection on that. I will use this connection for the Secondary Router so I can hardwire everything so I can and have a stable connection and stream between my devices. My internet speed is at 20Mbps so I don't think I need an advanced router. My main router is a pace 4111n if that helps.

No way you can get a decent, reliable router for that price. Do you need/desire for it to be wireless as well, or does it only need Ethernet capability?
