Looking for a significant computer upgrade. Acer Aspire M3470G.

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my Acer Aspire M3470G desktop computer. With the upcoming release of WWE 2K15 on PC, I think it is time I upgrade my PC as best I can. My current specs don't even meet the minimum requirements to run the game.

Current specs:
- CPU: AMD A6-3620 (APU)
- GPU: 512MB ATI AMD Radeon HD 6530D (APU)
- PSU: 300w (See photos for more details).
- Motherboard: Acer Aspire M3470G
- RAM: 4.00GB DDR3 @ 665MHz

WWE 2K15 minimum:
- Processor: Core 2 Duo E6600, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+
- Memory: 4 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 450 or AMD Radeon HD 5770, 1GB GDDR (DirectX11 compatible)

WWE 2K15 recommended:
- Processor: Intel Core i5-3550, 3.30 GHz
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: nVidia GeForce GTX 570 or AMD Radeon HD 6970

I have done some research prior to making this thread. Are these parts any good?

Would I be better off purchasing gaming RAM? I'm not even sure if it is compatible with my motherboard.

As for the APU, will I be able to upgrade it to something like this?

Basically, I am looking for the best parts available today. Most of what I have selected were recommended in 2013.

junk it, what your budget for a new one?

I have a $450 budget. That won't be enough for me to build a new computer. Not one that can run WWE 2K15, anyway.

It's going to cost quite a bit more if I have to buy a case, motherboard and OS.
I'd rather just upgrade my current PC. Please respect that.
