Looking for a software like Stereo Mix

Hi all, I'm searching for a software which will do Windows's Stereo Mix (as a recording software). I want that so it will "record" a specific window music and not PCs.. I usually stream music to my Skype friends using this method and it's not good if I play a game while doing that because I have to mute the sound..
