Looking for a solid, cheap case that is easy to keep clean

I'm looking to start a new build. I'm planning to use a micro-ATX mobo. Also considering a Corsair Hydro H55 CPU cooler.

My goal is a case that isfunctional, light, cheap, and easy to keep clean (so maybe being able to install dust filters to the outside would be nice).

Its a great, easy to build in case with flexible configuration, positive pressure, and dust filters on all but the exhaust.
