looking for a solution to increase video memory

hlw someone help me i had try all the methods to increase v-Ram there is no graphics setting in my BIOS neither the method from REGEDIT works . I have a 8 GB of Ram, Intel HD 620 graphics card of 2GB and video memory is just 128mb

You cannot increase the dedicated graphics of an on-board graphics solution like your Intel HD620. It has 128MB of dedicated memory. The rest of the 2GB is borrows, as necessary, from your system memory. If you need more dedicated memory, you need to purchase and install a discrete graphics card.
