Looking for a solution to pc-case vibration on hard surfaces.

My case vibrates and makes a noticeable noise when I have it on hard surfaces like a desk. It's a newly built PC so I don't think a problem with the HDD is causing this.

I'm unable to put it on top of something like my carpet because it's in an space in my desk.
Are there any other solutions?

rubber feet under the case. or a rubber mat
