When I first discovered the problem my phone would receive a spoof call and my call went to her. I discovered it by accident but she knew I'd figured it out. Then if someone called they'd get a message that the number was no longer working. I found out about that too and said out loud I was calling the police so then everything worked great. It's been about 6 weeks since that happened and I guess the police didn't bother to question her so calls are being diverted again.
I moved the business phone to my home with a different phone carrier but that didn't solve the problem. She should not have access to any account info as it is my home account
