Looking for a specific case

Hello, I am looking to expand my pc later on, but i'm having trouble looking for the item I want or would need for what i'm looking for.

Anyways has anyone seen a case, that has pre-built water cooling loops for the cpu and/or the graphics cards that isn't a completely new system. In other words i'm looking for a barebones kit pre-assembled that i can just throw my components in. I'm not really worried about a budget right now as I am only in the stage that I am looking. However, like i said i am not looking for a completely new pc. I would like the case to be a full tower that can fit the form factor E-ATX so i can put my motherboard in there.
