This is a build that comes in 3.55 euros over your price range, including monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and windows. The one thing I hesitate on is that I know nothing about that case, other then it will fit the microATX motherboard I suggested. I only included it becuase it was the closest way I could get to your price range everything included. I would recomend the corsair carbide 200R case instead for 20 euros more. Guys, i want you to set up the computer for the link i gave you, this is the only market i can trust online... And guys, the only thing i want is the tower with the things inside it ( gpu, cpu , ram , motheboard e.t.c.)

i decided to buy a new PC... I would like your help to build one that will include these things:
1) Logitech G300 Optical Gaming Mouse
2) Turbo-X Πληκτρολόγιο Ασύρματο KWL-700
3) Turbo-X Monitor 21,5'' TX-215ELM
Do it again but include these items please :)

Everything I put in there is, to the best of my knowledge, compatible. As per the second question, my first build should work for that (changing mouse and keyboard). The only thing is it will push you 30 euros over budget if you go for the 21.5" monitor rather then the 18.5" I added. If you remove the speakers it brings it down a little bit though. If you wanted to shave any more off the price, you might swap the GTX 750 TI for a GTX 750... but I wouldnt recommend it.
