Now this guy in the video link(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fnB-kd4Bos) has a AMD FX-8350@5.2Ghz. Paired with a Radeon R9 295X2 from XFX. How come this guy is not having a bottleneck in any of the games ??
I saw this video(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20QPpIqo-YY) and how come the same CPU cause a decrease in FPS as low as half ??
please can someone throw some light on WTF is happening in these 2 videos ?????

Not sure where you're looking at all ??

Apart from total war & arma which are entirely single threaded & favour Intel massively the fps are within 5 fps at all times - with an i5 actually running at a clock 100mhz faster than the 8350 I'd say that's an excellent result for amd there, better than I expected personally - it actually looks like the 970 is hitting its limits there rather than the CPU's.

Thank you so much for the reply. I was really scratching my head,as why those games were performing better in the second video.

Apart from this one more confusing thing is that Is it worth upgrading to an 8370 or to 9590 from 8320 or 8350 ?

No - they're the same chip running at different speeds.
On a decent board with a decent budget cooler the 8320 will hit 4.4/4.5ghz easily.
Past that you need to spend so much on cooling that it would actually make buying any amd CPU a waste of money IMO as you could build a comparative Intel build for the same or less.

8320<8350<8370. done. but are the 220w TDP 9xxx CPU'S worth upgrading ? cz that 220w will need some serious cooling which requires investing in some good cooling solution.

No the fx 9*** CPU's are a complete & utter waste of money - & that's coming from a major amd fan.
They're horrendously overvolted & run stupidly hot.

They're are two fx CPU's worth buying IMO unless you get a great deal on the higher clocked ones & they're the 6300 & 8320
