Looking for a television that can work well as a monitor.

My old setup was a 24-inch monitor as my main screen and a 20-inch monitor as my secondary, but the latter of which has died on me after five years of use. Instead of getting another monitor, however, I was thinking of getting a television so that I could get a console to supplement my PC gaming.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a television that could work well as a monitor? Or a monitor with speakers that could work well for console gaming?

I use a 24inch 1080p Vizio that was on sale, it is great for a monitor and my console. It is the Vizio E241i-A1, it is also a Smart TV.

Tvs only work well if you have vsync on in every game.
