I only remember a few details about this game, but I'm hoping they will be enough for someone to give me an answer.
From what I recall, this was a 90's (or maybe early 2000's) PC game for kids that was educational. I remember that one of the main character was a male (I want to say he was a woodchuck, but I am not 100% sure on that. I know he was a brown furry animal). From what I can remember, he lived in a tree and you would go inside and there was different areas with different activities.
One part I remember specifically, he would show you how if you counted the months on your knuckles months with 31 days would land on a knuckle and months with 30 days would land on the space between.
I cannot remember anymore details and would greatly appreciate it if someone could jog my memory.
