Looking for a upgrade

I currently have a Radeon r5 and have about 200 dollars and was wondering if I should upgrade and what I should get and how much I should save, or if I have a better option in my price range.

Solution
You have a GTX 950 already, your CPU is holding you back. You will need a new CPU/Mobo/RAM because of your old DDR3 platform, there isn't a fast enough CPU for you to upgrade to with your current motherboard.

It would be best to increase your budget some and get something worth getting. I'd rather not recommend the Pentium G4560 because it's on an obsolete socket, but it can be upgraded to an i7-7700K and the G4560 performs as well as the Ryzen 3 1200 gaming so it is an option.

You probably wont find a new GPU that is much more powerful then you already have. Your best bet is to do one of two things.
1. Save your money a little longer and get a 1060.
2. Find something used, like 980/970 OR get another one of the GPUs you have and Crossfire them.

*If you power supply is as old as your CPU, depending on the quality you might want to add a new power supply as well so you don't ruin a new system with a low quality, outdated power supply.
