Question Looking for a USB powered NFC reader

So I don't know if what I'm looking for even exists yet but I figured if it did this community would know about it. I would like a NFC reader that plugs into my windows PC and allows me to access files from my android phone. Bonus points if it can also act as a wireless charger.

NFC is not meant for neither file transfer nor wireless charging. Bluetooth / wireless for first, dedicated wall charger for second.
