Looking for a way to restart my computer

I tried to factory reset my lenovo laptop, it said all drives etc then continued, now it restarts by itself at 64%, shows lenovo logo, welcome screen then bam again 64% then restarts again over and over, please help me out

I'm sorry if this sounds obvious but have you tried turning it on and off? I.e holding down the power button

do you have your personal drives in there still?

the factory reset, was done by using the recovery functions form windows?

or a special tool from lenovo?

what windows do you have there?

have you checked if the hard disk is in good condition?

is the machine still under warranty

Ok I don't know if I still have the personal drives in....
And yes it was done by using windows recovery mode.
It's a windows 10.
It's 7 days old, so I guess the hard drive is ok

no, why you suppose that?

if you have it for 7 days and you had to recover and refused to work, well, could be damaged, the warranty is there to be used

since it failed and 10 days hasn't passed, i would return it and ask my money back

From reading this entire thread several times, I also believe that it could be a hard drive failure. Since the PC is new, take it back.

Why were you trying to do a factory reset in the first place? Were you experiencing problems?
