Looking for a wireless card

I am looking for a cheap (under 20$) wireless card that is preferably PCI and is compatible with Windows 10. Also must be available on Amazon.

I can't say anything for their reliability, never really heard of them. It's pretty much impossible to get into the proven brands on a $20 price budget. You'd need to get up a little further, probably in the $40-60 range. If you are interested, I'd recommend the Asus and Linksys USB sticks. Also, using a USB 2.0 device in a 3.0 port works just fine. USB 3.0 ports are backwards compatible with 2.0 devices.
$20 is a very tight limit, but this adapter states that it's compatible with Windows 10. Never heard of the brand, probably a chinese knock-off. You won't find anything decent in the PCI cards as they are all discontinued.
