Looking for ACW rules

About once a year, I try in vain to find a set of Con Rules for ACW that
appeared in Practical Wargamer sometime around 1992. It was a card driven
ruleset and appeared in the same magazine with a system for basing troops using
washers and magnets.

I am hoping someone can help me out. Maybe someone in the UK???

What issue? name of the rules?

They are in Practical Wargamer May/June 1992, page 41, called "Simple Rules."

Sorry, Martin. That is one issue that I am missing. I have all arond that and
back to 1988, but no May/June 1992.
