Looking for advice between two motherboards.

I don't plan to OC, but the Z87 board has several more nice features like USB 3.0. The Mobo is the thing I'm most worried about failing, so I'd like to try and decrease that risk. Also, which is of better "quality" in terms of caps, chokes, phases, etc?

the heatsink doesn't depend on the motherboard, u can fit any heatsink onto any board
if u wanna SLI/CrossFire then go Z87, otherwise stay with H87, its moew or less the same

I don't mean an aftermarket. I should have said capacitors, chokes, power phases, etc... I'm not an expert which is why I asked. Poor wording on my part, I apologize.

It's pretty much the last part of my build and Google has been no help in providing me with the information I seek.
