Looking for advice/help

*DISCLAIMER - IM ONLY 15 YEARS OLD AND NEW TO PC*
I've bought a pc recently and I'm facing two problems the first one was that I was constantly getting a black screen with a cursor on boot up and to fix that I had to repeatedly prsss F8 and put it into previous system restore and I thought this would work, it was working and I then decided to change from windows 7 to windows 10 to try and fix that problem. That didn't work so I went back to windows 7 and now I have no previous system restore. Second problem is that I now no longer get a connection between my pc and monitor and I've tested on multiple monitors. I will list specs below:
Intel Core QUAD i7-2600 3.4 GHz 
Motherboard Intel DQ67SW
New 3GB GDDR5 Graphic Card Ge Force GTX 1060
1 TB Hard Drive 7200 Rpm
16 GB super fast DDR3
