Looking for advice on a new graphics card

I know very little about computers, so looking for some advice on a new graphics card. I mostly play minecraft, but some diablo. Not looking for anything too expensive (hopefully under 200), but my current card cant really handle minecraft. Here are my specs:
Windows 7 64bit
Intel Core i5 650 @ 3.20GHz
RAM:8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz
current graphics card: 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 (NVIDIA)

Oh man, I honestly don't know. It's probably just a standard Dell power supply, I didn't build the rig, I bought it from Dell.

Then you're likely looking at a power supply and GPU upgrade. Is it a small form factor (slim) machine? If not here is my suggestion to keep you around $200...

If you don't want to upgrade your PSU. Then your best bet is probably the Radeon 7750. Just make sure you pick a model with DDR5 memory.

Without knowing your power supply the best card I can safely recommend is the Sapphire HD 7750 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007B5V614/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B007B5V614&linkCode=as2&tag=bob930-20 which should be good for what you want.

Thanks for the advice, but the radeon 7750 that others recommended seemed like a better choice for my budget.
