Looking for advice on configure of Drives.

Anyone willing to help me configure my drives so that I get the most speed and use out of them?
Right now I have them set up as Drive C, D, E, F. I was thinking of doing a raid 0 with the 2 SSD’s but I am not sure if that is the right way to go.
So what do you pro guys think is the best way to go?

I think you might want to look for a single, larger (and faster) SSD. I just got the 120GB Mushkin Chronos for $155 on a Shellshocker (now back to $185); right now there's a similar deal on the OCZ Agility 3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227726 for $153.
Use one of the older SSDs for your paging file and maybe scratch space.
