Hi, I'm aiming for a build with smooth video editing, streaming, and able to play modern games well.

GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR OC 8GB PCI-E w/ HDMI, Triple DP, DVI
Will this card run modern games well? I currently use GTX 1050 and there are minor performance issues in certain detailed FPS's, but overall is pretty great.

OPTICAL DRIVE: Asus 24x DVD-RW Drive, SATA, OEM, Black
Cheap enough and I only ever use them once a year it seems.

HARD DRIVE: Seagate Barracuda 120 Series 2.5in SSD, SATA III, 500GB
I think enough to load OS, games, and programs, while the rest goes on external drives.

MOTHERBOARD: Asus PRIME B450M-A/CSM w/ DDR4-2666, 7.1 Audio, Gigabit LAN, PCI-E x16

PROCESSOR: AMD Ryzen™ 5 3600XT Processor, 3.8GHz w/ 6 Cores / 12 Threads

It's a bit expensive but I want smooth video editing.

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 3600MHz CL18 Kit (2x 16GB) for AMD Ryzen & Intel

CASE: Fractal Design Focus G ATX Case w/ Window, White

It's very cheap, but I worry I might not have enough space. Some people recommend paying almost twice the price for a Fractal Meshify C model.

PSU: Corsair TX Series TX650M Semi-Modular 80+ Gold Power Supply, 650W
Is this enough to power everything? I have 2 medium-sized monitors in addition to the basics (speakers, mouse, microphone, keyboard, external SSD).

What type of cooling would you recommend? Liquid cooling? I know it's a bit expensive, but if it's quieter, looks cooler, and works better than fans, then I might give it a try. I just don't know where to start on good liquid cooling.

It looks to me like I just need to find a good monitor and way to cool the computer and everything will be fine. I appreciate any suggestions.

Solution
Thanks for responding!

I see this for a marginal increase of 20 bucks:
Asus Pheonix GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER OC Edition, 4GB PCI-E w/ HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI

Would that be better than the 570?

Also if I buy a cooler to be safe, I'd want something quiet and effective. I'd probably use it for future builds anyway, which might require a strong cooler. Do you have any you recommend?

Oh yeah, why CL16 instead of CL18?

Thank you
Any 1650 Super is better than 570.

And about coolers:

make sure you have enough space inside the casing to fit it in. and also check if it has support for your socket type.(AM4)

GPU: 1650 super, if possible.
RAM: 3600Mhz CL16 (not CL18)
Cooling: may not be required as Ryzen stock coolers are well enough.
