I'm fairly new to this and just want some feedback on this build.

I'm not looking to overclock at the moment that's why i have left out the Aftermarket cooler (and my budget is running a bit tight here)

Looks pretty good, think you'll be happy, got an OS? When you look for the cooler, might look at the Hyper 212 EVO ($35 in the states) best bang for the buck, have fun with it! 😉
