I'm looking to replace the MB, GPU, HDDs and case. I prefer Win 7 over 8 and do not know of any reason I should switch, but I am open to suggestions if there is a valid reason I'd like to hear it. The PSU is a couple years old but seems to be in good shape. However, if there is a reason for replacing it I am again open to the suggestion. The case does not need to be anything special. I prize functionality over looks. I have keyboard, mouse and monitor in good condition so will be re-using those.
I'm looking for something that will allow me to play, with a decent graphics level, upcoming games like Star Citizen and Camelot Unchained. I'd prefer to keep the build under $1,000, but am open to suggestion as I stated above.
