Hello,

I'm putting together a pc for my brother.
Will be used for gaming on ultra settings on games like BF5, Squad with a 1080p 144hz monitor.
We are upgrading his PC because 4 cores doesn't cut it anymore on the new titles as well as his gpu the radeon 9 200 series (equivalent of the gtx 970).
I'm also going to overclock it as much as i can while keeping the pc quiet.
I know ryzen 3000 series comes out next month but my brother's current pc doesn't work.
I don't think ryzen 3000 series will be any close from a price stand point. The 2600 was at 200€ on release and now i can get it for ~135€ and for the motherboard it will be much more expensive than what I can get now.
Prices are all from amazon.de to make it easier but since i live in Europe and have the choice between all the different amazon websites (.de .fr .it .es).
I'll just buy from the cheapest one. For example the ryzen 2600 is at 135.91€ on amazon.fr and i'll probably get it from there unless I find it cheaper elsewhere.
Budget range, anywhere from 1000 to 1500€.

Parts:
CPU: RYZEN5 2600 152.88€
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Gaming OC PRO 383,93€
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) 3000Mhz CL15 92.90€
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk 99.00€
Cooling: Be Quiet. Dark Rock Pro 72.90€
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 1TB 202.00€
PSU: Corsair TX650M 82.90€
Case: Silverstone rl06 93.99€
Total: 1180.5€

I'm looking for a case with good air flow.
I never know what psu to get and if 550 watts is enough or should I get a 650 watts psu instead ?
My brother doesn't care about RGB but that's the only good kit of ram i found.
I was hesitating between the Dark Rock Pro or Noctua NH D15 SE but the Noctua one is more expense and colours don't match the build.
Is there any other cooler i should consider ? From my experience water cooling is not that much better unless you go the custom water cooling way, It's mostly more expensive.
My brother would like to have at least 2TB of storage. Since a 2TB ssd is quite expensive i was thinking of putting 1TB ssd + his old hdd (2TB). If his hdd is still slow after I reset it (because it's currently full and the OS is running on it) i'll just get a new 1TB hdd.
Let me know if there is any other part i should consider.

Thanks in advance for all the advice!

If your overclocking save some money and grab the 1600 instead of the 2600. Also this cooler is one of the quietest coolers out there and would be more then good enough for overclocking the 1600.
