[Looking for advice] Silent gaming build

It's time for me to get a new computer, it needs to be somewhat silent and able to take on games like Crysis 3 & Battlefield 4.

I have researched a bit and found some parts that I think would be good:
Case: Fractal Design Define R4
Motherboard: MSI Z87-GD65
PSU: XFX Core Edition Pro 750W
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670 Quad-Core 3.4GHz
CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i
CPU cooler fans: Noctua NF-F12 PWM x2
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 4GB
I am also getting two more fans for general cooling, what would be the best in this case, 140mm fans or 120mm fans?

I have a couple of questions and then I would like to hear some suggestions and tips from you guys.

1. Will the PSU suffice, or do I need one with more power?
2. Should I get 140mm fans for the radiator or are the 120mm actually superior in this case?

For quiet computing, do some research at www.silentpcreview .

Your psu is fine. Overprovisioning a bit is good, it will run quieter.

I would avoid the H100i if you value quiet.
Because your i5-4670 can not be overclocked, it will run cool at stock speeds.
At most, spend $30 on a cm hyper212. It will be quieter than the stock intel cooler.
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler can do the job.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.

Noise comes mainly from fans running at high rpm.
140mm is better.
Your build will not need extra cooling. Test out with stock fans first.
