Looking for Advice

I am planning on buying a new Case/MB/CPU/RAM and then moving my other components over sometime in the near future. I want to overclock the new computer mainly because I cannot afford to go spend $2000 for the best stuff out there.

I would like suggestions on what I should get for the MB/CPU/RAM if I have about $350 to spend.

If possible please tell me what speed I may be able to achieve with overclocking on whatever MB/CPU you suggest.

Thx for advice scott. What HS/Fan would you suggest to use with that? Also could I expect to easily overclock it to 400mhz FSB from the 333 it will default to?

Anyone know what equivalent P4 system I would be able to get for OC purposes for around $350?

HS Fan I would recommend SLK947U with a fan of your choice, or simply go with a cheap solution, the Thermalright AX7 with a 80mm Smart Case Fan 2.

For P4 I would recommend the
Intel 1.8A
Abit IS7 or Asus P4P800
PC3200 generic Samsung memory.
