Question Looking for advices on PSU

Hello everyone, so I'm building a PC using these:
i5 9400F
Inno3D 1060 6GB X2
Asus TUF B360M-E
2 Avexir 4GB/2133 or 1 8GB/2666

and I really want to find a fine 450-500W PSU for around 60$-65$(last at least 1 year without frying everything is fine) since I'm a broke student and those above already cost half my year minimum wage earning(650$) and I still need a monitor, keyboard, mouse etc...

If you didnt buy the parts yet, there's better alternatives, like the CPU and graphics, for less money.
